There are two overflow hotels at the Heathrow Marriott and the Heathrow Renaissance.

The Marriott has cheaper family rooms than the Radisson. The Renaissance is cheaper than the Marriott for Singles and Doubles.

To use either of these Hotels (Now that the Radisson is nearly full) please book them yourself after you have completed your convention booking here (Click on the "I am not staying at the Hotel" button). See the overflow Hotel page for the Marriott and Renaissance booking links and reference codes.

The rest of this form is for the Radisson.

You can change or cancel your room booking later, if your plans change. If you no longer require your hotel room please let us know, as you may be liable for the room cost if you book it and then don't turn up.

You are responsible for settling your own bills with the hotel at the convention.

Room Requirements If you are booking a twin/ double/ triple room, for a group of people who are all on this form, only one adult in the party needs to fill out the hotel form. If people sharing a room have booked separately, then each person must indicate the room type and name the other person as the sharer. All bookings accepted after the 28th November 2007, will only be for multiple occupancy Doubles and Twins (apart from the single suites). If only one person books and does not indicate whom they will be sharing with, the convention will treat the booking as a twin, with a request for a sharer.
